1. Services Provided

TropicalVista Travel and Tours (“Company”) provides guided boat tours, accommodation, and other related services (collectively, “Services”). All Services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations must be made in advance. Full payment is required to confirm any booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Service may not be refunded. All refunds are subject to the discretion of the Company and applicable local laws.

4. Liability

Clients acknowledge and accept that participation in Services carries inherent risks. The Company shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except as required by law. Clients agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in Services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all instructions and safety protocols provided by the Company. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service or termination of participation without refund.

6. Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on the Company’s website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Friendly Reminder

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to weather conditions, local tourism regulations, or directives from coast guards or other authorities. Such changes are typically communicated on the morning of the scheduled Service. Clients acknowledge that these events are outside the Company’s control and agree that no refund shall be provided in such circumstances.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative itinerary or replacement destination of comparable value. By participating, clients expressly waive any claims against the Company arising from such external circumstances, except where prohibited by applicable law. Any digital material (photos, videos) captured during the tour by the Company may be used for promotional purposes on social media or marketing materials, unless the client expressly requests otherwise.​
